It’s almost here, the time that insane people with no time to spare all lock themselves in their bedrooms with their computers, ignoring television, family members, and books, all to pound out 50 thousand words.

I had two days off. One of them I chose to do a chore upon, which didn’t allow me to sleep in. Chore done. It’s way past time to have been done anyway, and I’m relieved. Unfortunately I got called in today. I got to sleep in, though, and I spent twenty minutes eating breakfast [...]

I keep getting headaches lately. Mom says it’s just whatever’s in the air. Claritin and tylenol have become my friends. So has sleep. Some nights I just go to bed early after taking tylenol to help.

So if I’m not around lately… well… you know why.

Now, to the coal mines I go.

My relaxing evening was interrupted by raised voices next door. I couldn’t hear what they were saying, but the tones are unmistakable, goodness knows I’ve taken part in an argument before so I should be able to recognize them. They’re a little too familiar though… Brings up bad memories.
